RHM Commercial have recently completed the sale of the former brewery site on the Glen Road, Belfast.
The 10 acre site was offered with outline consent for residential development and will now provide 170 social housing units and c. 10,000 sq ft of community/retail space.
This represents one of the very few significant land transactions in Belfast in the past 12 months.
