Local developer Barnabas Ventures Ltd has recently completed the acquisition of a superb Cathedral Quarter development site at 81/87 Academy Street.
This scheme will be Barnabas Ventures’ second scheme in Cathedral Quarter and follows on from the hugely successful 60,000 sq ft mixed-use development on Talbot Street which has just been completed.
With full planning already in place, it is anticipated that construction will commence in Spring 2008 with a 10-month build programme.
Once completed, the development will offer c. 19,000 sq ft of high-specification offices which will be available on a sale or lease basis.
