The recent cancellation of the 2010 Rating Revaluations in Northern Ireland means that current rating assessments will stay in force until at least 2015.
In a recent article for Neighbourhood Retailer magazine Nick Rose advises ratepayers who have never challenged their rating assessment to contact a firm of professional rating consultants, like RHM Commercial, who can advise whether there is scope for a reduction.
