RHM warns that “Property DIY” is a false economy9.6.2010
All businesses are focused on reducing costs in the current climate but cutting some costs is a false economy.
In a recent article for Neighbourhood Retailer Magazine Nick Rose warned independent retailers that trying to deal with rent reviews and lease renewals without professional help will invariably cost more in the long term than the short term saving on fees.
